About our concrete prep service
Concrete only lasts if the pad under it is right. JT Land Solutions handles full concrete prep across San Antonio — strip, cut, fill, compact in lifts, lay base, and finish to the elevation your concrete crew needs.
We coordinate directly with your concrete contractor (or recommend one) so the pad is ready, square, and compacted the day they show up to pour.

Frequently asked questions
Do you pour concrete too?
We don't pour, but we coordinate seamlessly with concrete contractors and can recommend trusted local crews.
How thick of a base do you use?
Depends on the slab — typically 4–6 inches of compacted base for residential slabs. We follow your engineer's spec when there is one.
Can you handle a shop or barndo slab?
Yes — those are some of our most common pads.
Do you handle the forms?
We set the pad to grade. Forms are typically set by the concrete crew, but we coordinate.
